9/11 Anniversary Remembrance

As a mark of respect for the nearly 3,000 people who were killed in the 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, flags will be at half-staff on the Connecticut State Capitol building and all other state-operated buildings, grounds, and facilities statewide.
